It was a heck of a Thursday night in Little Falls with so many events happening during the evening, that it felt like a dam had burst.

Late in the afternoon, the festivities kicked off with Local Fresh Thursdays in Burke Park, then Cruise-In by Mike starting shortly after that in Rotary Park. Meanwhile, back in Sterzinar Park, it was a Midsummer Nights Picnic hosted by Think Local Little Falls.

Over at Canal Side Inn, the Oscar Stivala Trio serenaded diners, while back at Ironrock Brewing, Mike George and the principals of each school hit the dunk tanks. Leeann Dooley, Maria Lindsay, and Joe Long drew quite the crowd.

And finally, if that wasn’t enough to get you out of the house, the Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs were playing an evening game at Veterans Memorial Park. Instead of their normal start time of 6:45, they opened the gates early for live music by Lower Tolpa before the game began.
