Antiques are the focus for Think Local Little Falls during the month of August, and they are highlighting three stores in the City.
Elaine Cobb, a member of Think Local said, “As you spend a lazy, hazy day in August, or during Canal Celebration, you should come down and visit our antique stores.”
She said that Bouckville is all about antiques during the month, “so why can’t Little Falls be?”
Cobb said that we have three unique shops here. “Each month we’re using different themes to highlight our businesses. August just seemed like the best month for antiques.”
For Showcase Antiques, this summer marks their 6th year in Canal Place. They have 40+ antique dealers in 100 showcases and 26 floor spaces, specializing in vintage and antiques from the 1800s thru 1975.
In addition to selling a wide variety of items of interest, they are always looking to buy single items or whole estates from the area. Call 315-823-1177 for more information. The store is open 10-5 pm every day except Wednesdays.

We welcome you to the experience of shopping in Little Falls historical Canal Side, the present site of the Little Falls Antique Center. We can be found at 25 West Mill Street on the first two floors of the original Ligneous Paper Mill.
The building was built in 1855 and converted to a knitting mill in 1879.
The Little Falls Antiques Center was established in the 1990s and continues to offer wonderful antiques and collectibles.
Please come spend the day with us “we’re worth the trip”.
