On Saturday, November 3rd, The Little Falls Public Library will host its annual fundraiser. The event, called Igniting the Creative Spirit, will be held at Beardslee Castle, on 123 Old State Road in Little Falls.
A raffle, featuring items by well-known area artists, will be held to raise money to support the Library and its programs. All of the artists have generously donated their works.
Liz Horender, Mena Cerone and Frank Wilcox contributed paintings, and Bart Carrig contributed a photograph. Tickets for these items are 1 for $2, or 7 for $10.
This years’ featured raffle is a watercolor landscape painted by Bob Willman. Those who attended last years’ fundraiser watched as the painting of a winding river took shape before their eyes. Tickets for this item are1 for $10, or 3 for $25.
All of the artwork is currently on display in the library’s front window.
Raffle tickets are available at the library, and at the event itself. You do not need to be present to win.
Tickets for the fundraiser are $35.00 and can be purchased at the door, at the library, on Eventbrite.com and on Facebook.
The event begins at 4PM.
All proceeds will benefit the Library.
