New students, and returning students, all headed to Eastern Park for a Back to School Fair put together by the Connected Community Schools team.
Joe Long, principal of the school, said, “The Connected Community Schools team is really fantastic with the connection we sometimes don’t have between the community and the school.”
“This is great. We have a lot of kids who need stuff, and it’s daunting these days. It’s 90 degrees out here, but it’s still back to school time,” he stated.
