The Little Falls boys varsity soccer team lost a hard-fought physical battle on Wednesday afternoon to Frankfort-Schuyler 6-2.

According to Coach Jim Carroll, “We have a tendency sometimes to wait until the end of a game to really start to play like they are really capable of playing. It happened the first time we played Frankfort. They waited until the seven minutes (remaining) mark to play and put three goals in.”

“Today, we waited until the nine or ten minutes (remaining) mark and we saw what happened. The ball stayed on their end of the field the entire time. I’ve just got to find a way to get them to play the end of the game from the start, and we’ll go from there,” he said.
