Daneli Partners presented a $1,000 donation to the Board of Directors of the Mohawk Valley Center of the Arts. The donation comprises proceeds from a recent movie premiere hosted by Daneli Partners of The Artist & The Astronaut held at Valley Cinemas in Little Falls.

Mary Ellen McGillan, Executive Director of MVCA, said, “We appreciate the ongoing support we have received from Daneli Partners that has helped us to foster more community experiences.”

Thank you to all who attended The Artist & The Astronaut premiere on April 1st. Folks had many positive things to say about the documentary made by Bill Muench about Pat Musick, an civil rights activist and accomplished environmental artist, and Jerry Carr, a marine fighter pilot and NASA astronaut. You can learn more about the film from an earlier article. (Connecting the Dots: The Artist and The Astronaut | My Little Falls) Mary Muench, from Daneli Creative, designed the logo for the film.

Why the Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts?

Daneli believes that arts are an important way to engage youth, families, and community members. MVCA has shown positive leadership and growth, which is important to creating sustainability for our community. Dave Casullo, Daneli Partners CEO and Founder, said, “Arts are an important part of community development. Especially with the history of arts in LF, we feel integrating our work with students with the narrative about all of the great things happening at MVCA will spark an interest in them to pursue arts as a career or passion.”
