The Herkimer County Sheriff’s Office Welfare Fraud Unit, assisted by the Herkimer County Department of Social Services, recently arrested the following individual for various Welfare Fraud charges.
Kimberly Zschach, 37, of Dolgeville, NY, was arrested for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree a class E Felony and Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree, a class E Felony.
Zschach fraudulently received in excess of $ 1,400.00 worth of benefits in which she was not entitled to receive over a period of 3 months.
Zschach was processed on the charges and released on an appearance ticket.
Zschach is scheduled to appear in the Village of Herkimer Court at a later date.
