City of Little Falls DPW crews were hard at work not only during the weekend storm but immediately after as they started work this morning on clearing more than 16 inches of snow from City streets.

Herkimer County Emergency Services Director John Raymond said that there were no road closures as a result of the storm, other than those that were still closed from the floods of Halloween weekend.

Snow emergencies were declared in several communities around Little Falls, and in the City, the overnight parking ban was put into effect as of Sunday night and remains so while crews continue to clear the streets.
