Financial Literacy For Teens

Join the Herkimer County 4-H Program and learn about Financial Literacy for Teens (13-19) with speaker Raymond Dykeman.  Interested in investing, want to know more about saving for college, how to manage credit cards & debt, or just want to know how to make good financial decisions then this workshop is for you.  Learn the basics of financial literacy to help build your foundation to success in the world of finance.

Raymond is a dairy farmer who owns a couple of other businesses. He became interested in investing in his late 20’s after attending a financial literacy conference, mainly for a night on the town.  With 4 investment clubs later and also being involved in a real estate club, it’s time for him to give back the lessons he learned along the way.  He is excited to work with younger people to help them grasp the concept of being responsible for your actions.  Becoming wealthy will be the result of being disciplined.  Being wealthy is not the answer to all of life’s challenges, but it certainly eliminates a lot of them.

Space is limited to 15 participants.  Registration is required by March 19 at https://bit.ly/41r3e4v
