Little Falls Hospital is pleased to announce that Jennifer Mitchell, RN, team leader in the inpatient department, is the recipient of the first Zero Harm Hero Award. Mitchell has been with Little Falls Hospital since 2017.

“The goal for Little Falls Hospital is to ensure that extraordinary care is being delivered to every patient. The Zero Harm Hero Award was created to help promote an already strong culture of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction, assuring high-reliability care for our patients, staff, and visitors. This award recognizes any Little Falls Hospital employee who demonstrates a commitment to this work,” said Michael Ogden, president of Little Falls Hospital.

When presented with the Zero Harm Hero Award, Mitchell said, “I was very surprised and flattered to receive the award for safety assurance. The team at Little Falls Hospital has become like family to me and I can’t express how thankful I am to have such support.”
