The Littles Falls Public Library will be offering a free Social Security information program on Thursday, December 12th at 6:00 PM. The program is designed to help pre-retirees (ages 55+) learn how to maximize their Social Security retirement income benefits prior to applying for them.

Answers to commonly asked questions will be addressed, including:

  • Will Social Security be there for me?
  • How much can I expect to receive?
  • At what age should I apply for Social Security?
  • How can I maximize my benefits?
  • Will Social Security be enough to live on?

Since 2014, the one-hour financial literacy program entitled, “Social Security Made Easy,” continues to gain widespread attention across the upstate New York region. The aim of the program is to provide attendees with the necessary information they need to make more informed retirement decisions.

The program is being presented as a community service by Retirement Solutions, LLC. Seating is limited and advance registration is required. To RSVP, please call the library at (315) 823-1542.
