The Little Falls Rotary will welcome speaker Deborah Kaufman, candidate for Mayor of Little Falls, at the Rotary Meeting on Wednesday evening, February 22, at the Little Falls Elks Club. Her topic is Perspective and Vision for Little Falls, and the talk is open to the public.
Deborah is a 4th generation Little Falls resident, having grown up here. She had a successful career in Texas for 30+ years, returning to Little Falls in 2008 with her husband, Dave Warner. She has been very active in the community since that time. An extremely talented grant writer, she has helped secure millions of dollars for our community.
The talk will start at 7:15, following a dinner meeting. If members of the public wish to join us for dinner at 6:30, reservations need to be made by Monday the 20th by calling 315-219-9216. The evening’s menu is Baked Ham, Macaroni and Cheese, and glazed carrots served with house salad and dessert at the cost of $15. There is no cost to attend the talk.
The Elks opens at 6:00 on Wednesdays, and the public is encouraged to come and learn more about Rotary and about Deborah’s vision. Watch for more announcements of other interesting speakers in the months to come.
