The Little Falls Municipal Golf Course is going to be running a special, starting the 15th of the month, offering half off their membership fees for the remainder of the year.
Nick Regan, course manager said that initially, they were just open using the window, but now people can go inside. “We do ask that you wear a mask when you enter. You can order a drink and we’ve started to do a little bit more food. We’re doing Mexicans and cheeseburgers and fries. Your basic diner/drive-in type of food.”
He said that people are really excited about playing and that the course is in immaculate shape. “People really like the improvements that we’ve done inside the clubhouse.”
Regan also said that now that they are fully open, they’re going to be offering half-price memberships. “We really think it’s a good deal because you are getting the best part of the season up here. You’re getting the end of July, August, and September and it’s beautiful up here in the fall.”
If you live in the City, it will be $145 for an adult membership, and if you are outside of it, it will be $160. The family rate will be $265.
He also mentioned that they have the Little Falls Football Tournament coming up on August 1st with 8:30 am and 1 pm tee times. “It’s a scramble format with a handicap open to absolutely anybody. It’s a great fundraiser and we’ve been doing it for the last four or five years for the football team.”
After that, he says that they’re planning on the member/guest tournament on August 22nd & 23rd. “That’s our biggest event of the year, so we’re happy to be able to look forward to that with a few restrictions. We’ll change some things, but we’re happy to be moving forward,” he stated.
Regan said that so far, everyone is really happy with the course.
