Each year, the Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts hosts an exhibition of work created by students and art teachers from Herkimer County Schools. This year was no different, with eight schools participating.
Meghan Pagano, an art teacher from Mount Markham High School, stated, “The show is a mixture of art teachers and students from the whole area. It’s a great compilation of kids’ K-12 art and pieces from all of the local art teachers as well. It’s a special opportunity to showcase everyone’s work.”
