Little Falls/Dolgeville – The New York State Cheese Council is pleased to announce that it will be holding its Fall Conference on October 8, 2023, from 1-5 pm. To be timed one day after the Little Falls Cheese Festival, the Fall Conference seeks to unite cheese professionals of all capacities in order to promote locally made cheeses and to discuss the unique challenges that New York State cheese businesses face.
The event will include lunch and be held at Tiffany’s Creative Designs, an elegant repurposed church with beautifully landscaped grounds and on-site parking. A survey will be sent out via email in order to be certain that the topics discussed meet the needs of those in attendance.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with 30 seats being available. The cost of the event will be $35 per ticket.
