I am going to keep this copy short and sweet. Letting your readers know what they need to stay safe and healthy.
Lysine and Arginine are both essential amino acids. What this means is that your body can not make them and they must be obtained from food.
There are multiple reasons someone can be considered immunocompromised. Viral Load refers to the total amount of viruses your body’s immune system needs to fight. Infectious dose refers to the number of viral particles required to establish an infection.
The following information is critical to lowering your chances of getting severely ill from COVID-19:
A great many viruses including HSV and Cytomeglavirus require Arginine to replicate and are inhibited by Lysine. You can drastically reduce your viral load by making sure that every meal (and every snack) you eat contains more Lysine than Arginine. Foods like peanut butter or sesame seeds are very high in Arginine and low in Lysine and can increase your viral load some 10,000 times. Essentially think of Lysine as birth control for many viruses and Argine as a virus fertility drug.
I have provided a chart (below) for people to maintain a diet that will keep your immune system in top shape and your viral load lower. Its very simple, and for many people it could mean the difference between experiencing a bad flu from COVID 19 or a deadly one.
Additionally, research is showing the mechanism by which COVID-19 is destroyed in your body involves Zinc or Silver, after being weakened by your immune system or a drug such as Chloroquine which is an antiviral metal molecule that provides the kill shot. It is very important to have a good dietary intake of Zinc or take a supplement.
Many metals are anti-bacterial and anti-viral. This is the reason babies have been given silver spoons since Roman times. It has nothing to do with showing wealth but rather the safety of the baby. Silver’s properties in preventing and fighting infection have been known for thousands of years. Colloidal silver sprayed in your nasal passages and mouth will further protect you by killing some of the viruses you come in contact with, hopefully below the infectious dose.

In closing, I want to encourage anyone that has been sick with COVID-19 to get tested. The reason being, if their antibody count is high they could be a good candidate for donating platelets. NY Blood center uses apheresis to spin out platelets & stem cells from blood, which can be injected as a vaccination for people that would otherwise possibly die from the infection.

According to a study performed at Cambridge University during the 2009 H1N1 flu pandemic, while surgical masks perform the best at capturing Bacillus atrophaeus bacteria (0.93-1.25 microns) and Bacteriophage MS virus (0.023 microns), vacuum cleaner bags, and tea towels, and cotton T-shirts were not too far behind. The coronavirus is 0.1-0.2 microns, well within the range for the results of the tests.

A week after the article I took someone to the hospital that was seemingly dying from COVID. They had a fever for many days and labored breathing. I was in the car for almost an hour. They had no mask and were coughing up a storm. Windows closed as they could not tolerate the cold. I put faith in what I researched and my family and I have been very diligent in our lysine to Argine ration in our foods.
Of course, I spiked a fever after the incubation period. With the addition of 40 grams, Lysine choked down in milk. The fever passed in 1.5 hours and I woke up in am feeling fine. My 3-year-old son and his mother were directly exposed through me and did not contract or present.
Diet is very important. I have tried desperately to acquire a full drum of L Lysine HCL with the intention of donating it to at-risk people in Little Falls. Unfortunately, after the article lysine has received intense attention from doctors and other scientists and the manufacturers have sold out.
It’s really not a hard diet to keep. It’s about balance and understanding specifically what to balance. If there are foods missing from my chart posted please ask and I will add them with the lysine to arginine ratio.

is it okay to consume foods with arginine just make sure our lysine consumption is higher? i hear arginine is good for blood flow especially if one has high blood pressure. some sever covid patients suffer from thrombosis. meaning more NO is good. so confused. thnx.

No a typo. On a weight basis your lysine must outweigh the arginine in every meal. So for example taking a lysine supplement pill is only effective to offset the argine in several peanuts…
Just because something is in a capsule does not mean that 1 capsule is an effective dose. In the context of maintaining a low viral load in your body buying bulk lysine powder and adding to water or milk is the most viable and cost effective means. A supplement bottle will do little good and is costly for the little volume of lysine you receive.
I work with primates in captivity. I have found that the lysine must be at least 50% more than arginine. Also, peanuts seem to be the absolute worst food. It is interesting that mass production of peanut butter began in the US right before H1N1 broke out.

Misty, As essential amino acids you need to consume both lysine and argine, and they are both present in most foods. But from a standpoint of reducing your viral load every meal must contain more lysine than arginine.
For example of you are someone that suffers from HSV: cold sores, shingles etc… sticking to the above diet will eliminate outbreaks. Everyone is infected with a plethora of virus, many require argine to replicate and are retarded by lysine. Sticking to the diet will result in your viral load being logarithmicly lower and your immune system being non taxed.
We know that consuming seeds and oils creates disease. It is not new information. All throughout history people have discovered the same thing. It is what all the religious texts are written about. The US knew this when they started mass producing peanut butter in the early 1900’s, right before H1N1 hit. You can take a group of any animals and show this is true. Just put them in a cage and feed them what modern humans eat and they will develop similar diseases. I have seen it in captive populations of primates. To bring them back to health, you simple remove the seeds and oils from their diet. Works every time like magic.
