Little Falls youth can learn to golf for free

Golf For Life! is a free learn to golf program for youth ages 7 – 17 residing in the Little Falls School District. The program takes place at the Henry Pelzer Municipal Golf Course of Little Fall and includes free instruction, equipment, and play. This is the second season of the program and signups are now open.

Golf For Life! stands for: Learning the game. Integrity. Fun! Encouragement. The vision is to have the game of golf inspire kids so that they take up this lifelong sport, which provides a pathway to a healthy, active lifestyle.

There will be two clinics held at our beautiful city course. The first will be June 27th – July 1st. And the second clinic will be run from July 4th – to July 8th. Sessions are held each day from 8:30-10:30 and are limited to 18 slots per session. There will be three instructors, including Little Falls High golf coach Will Grabinski, that will work with six children at a time.

Last year’s sessions filled up fast, so it is recommended you take action soon.
