HERKIMER COUNTY

Town of German Flatts: Route 5S between the Frankfort exit and the Route 51 exit. Motorists will encounter a west bound shoulder closure for the entering and exiting trucks in the construction entrance.

Town of Ohio: (D#263877) Route 8 between Route 365 and Route 10. Motorists will encounter a Westbound lane closure with temporary signal in place with a signed speed limit reduction from 45 MPH to 30 MPH, due to work on the bridge over the West Canada Creek.

Town of Herkimer: (D264204) Route 5 between Smalls Bush Road and Eatonville Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to ditching and drainage work.

Town of Richfield Springs: (D#263893) Route 167 between The Otsego County line and Casler Road. Motorists will encounter shoulder and lane closures in both directions due to sign work.

Town of Schuyler: (D#264266) Route 5 between Windsor Circle and Elmwood Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to drainage work.

ONEIDA COUNTY

City of Utica: (D#263572) Route 5S between Cornelia Street and Broad Street. Multiple lane closures throughout the work zone. Traffic remains in Phase 2 traffic pattern. Traffic remains in Phase 2 traffic pattern. Weather permitting pavement striping operations will continue Monday, November 9, 2020 on Route 5S east and westbound from Cornelia Street to Broad Street.  Weather permitting, starting Monday, November 9 through Friday, November 13, 2020 striping operations on side streets will continue between Broad and Cornelia Streets. There will be daily lane closures on Genesee north and southbound between Bleecker and just north of Route 5S westbound due to pavement marking and concrete sidewalk operations. There will be daily lane closures on Broad Street east and westbound between Lower Genesee and First Streets due to paving, pavement marking and concrete sidewalk operations. There will be daily lane closures on John Street north and southbound between Bleecker and Route 5S eastbound and Route 5S and Broad Street due to paving, pavement marking, concrete sidewalk and utility installation operations. Contractor will be installing new lighting and traffic signal foundations, ped poles throughout project. Minor traffic impacts anticipated.

City of Utica: (D#264047) North Genesee Street between Wurz Ave and Whitesboro/Broad Streets. On Monday, November 9, 2020 crews will be installing a lane closure on Genesee Street southbound between Wurz and Lee Streets. On Monday, November 9, 2020 crews will be installing a right lane closure at the following locations:
– Broad /Whitesboro Streets westbound from John Street to Hotel Street.
– Northbound ramp to Genesee Street off Broad Street, from top of ramp to just north of Babe’s driveway.
Center median remains permanently closed from just south of Lee Street to Wurz Ave.
Please Note: Next week the North Genesee Street southbound off ramp to Broad/Whitesboro Streets will be closed to traffic due to concrete and paving operations. The exact date has not yet been determined but Variable Message Signs (V.M.S.) will be used to notify local motorists of the ramp closure due to construction work. In addition, a “Travel Advisory” will be issued in advance of ramp closure.

City of Utica: (D#264001) Route 12 between Route 5A and Putnam Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to paving operations between Route 5S and Mulaney Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions between Route 5S and Route 8 due to sign installation as well as shoulder asphalt treatments.

Town of New Hartford, Town of Paris: (D#264127) Route 8 between Kellogg Road and Pinnacle Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to approach reconstruction, paving shoulder & repair work with a speed limit reduction of 45MPH. Motorists will encounter shoulder closures on Kellogg Road under the Route 8 bridge due to bridge pier work.

Town of New Hartford: (D#264127) Route 8 over Kellogg Road. Motorists will encounter a full road closure at Kellogg Road in both directions with a signed detour in place due to concrete link slab (UHPC) pour. This will begin Friday 11/6 at 9pm and continue until Monday 11/9 6am.

Town of Boonville: (D#264171) Route 12 bridge over Mill Creek. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to the mobilization of equipment and material deliveries.

Village of Boonville: (D#263893) Route 294 between the Lewis County Line and the Boonville Fairgrounds. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to sign work.

Town of Trenton: (D#264259) Route 365 between Prospect Road and the Herkimer County Line Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to drainage operations and restriping of the project limits.

City of Rome: (D#264088) Route 46 between Route 69 and Oswego Road. Motorists will encounter a full road closure in both directions with a signed detour in place due to culvert replacement. The closure is expected to last 2 weeks.

MADISON COUNTY

Town of Lenox: (D#264135) Route 5 between Stroud Street and Hubbard Place. Motorists will encounter lane shifts and/or closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to the installation of pedestrian poles, ditching operations and topsoil work.

FULTON COUNTY

Town of Ephratah: (D#263893) Route 10 between the Montgomery County line and Route 29. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to sign work.

Town of Ephratah: (D#264203) Route 10 between the Montgomery County line and Route 29. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to drainage work.

Lassellsville: (D#263893) Route 29 between Lassellsville and Route 10A. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to sign work.

Lassellsville: (D#264203) Route 29 between Lassellsville and Route 10A. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures in both directions due to drainage installation.

Town of Bleecker: (D#263926) Route 309 between Blood Road and West Busch Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to landscaping operations.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY

City of Amsterdam: (D#264031) Route 30 over Cleveland Ave. Temporary signals remain on Erie Street for alternating traffic in both directions.

City of Amsterdam: (D#264031) Route 30 over the Mohawk River. Motorists will encounter a south bound right lane closure due to sidewalk removal, a north bound right lane closure due to brush curb removal. A pedestrian detour is in place. Erie Street on ramp to Route 30 north bound will be closed with a signed detour in place beginning Thursday November 12. Route 5 east bound ramp to Route 30 south bound will be closed to traffic. Traffic will be directed to take the Downtown exit prior to the closure.

Village of Fultonville: (D#263987) Route 30A between Park Street and Route 920P. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to work on the bridge over the Mohawk River.

Town of Glen: (D#264266) Route 161 between Route 30A and Route 30. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to guiderail installation.

Town of Palatine: (D#263893) Route 10 between Route 5 and the Fulton County line. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to sign work.

Town of Palatine: (D#264203) Route 10 Between Route 5 and Route 67. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures due to drainage work.
