Town of German Flatts: Route 5S between the Frankfort exit and the Route 51 exit. Motorists will encounter a west bound shoulder closure for the entering and exiting trucks in the construction entrance.

Village of Ilion: (D#264168) Route 51 interchange to Route 5. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place on Route 51 due to the installation of containment system for bridge painting, and blasting.

Town of Ohio: (D#263877) Route 8 between Route 365 and Route 10. Motorists will encounter a Westbound lane closure with temporary signal in place with a signed speed limit reduction from 45 MPH to 30 MPH, due to work on the bridge over the West Canada Creek.

Town of Herkimer: (D264204) Route 5 between Smalls Bush Road and Eatonville Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with a temporary signal in place due to tree removal and shoulder widening.

Town of German Flatts: (D#264203) Route 5S between Route 28 and Route 167. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to guiderail and drainage work.

Town of German Flatts: (D#264203) Route 28 between the Otsego County line and Route 168. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures with flaggers in place due to drainage and guiderail work.

Town of Richfield Springs: (D#263893) Route 167 between The Otsego County line and Casler Road. Motorists will encounter shoulder and lane closures in both directions due to sign installation.

Town of Richfield Springs: (D#264203) Route 167 between the Otsego County line and Casler Road. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to drainage installation.

Town of Schuyler: (D#264266) Route 5 between Windsor Circle and Elmwood Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to drainage and guiderail work.

Town of Webb: (D#264088) Route 28 between Lone Pine Road and Old Hotel Road. Motorists will encounter shoulder closures in both directions. The TOBY Trail will be affected by operations however it will be passable.

ONEIDA COUNTY

City of Utica: (D#263572) Route 5S between Cornelia Street and Broad Street. Multiple lane closures throughout the work zone. Traffic will remain in Phase 2 traffic pattern. Weather permitting, starting Tuesday October 20 through Thursday, October 22, 2020 paving operations
on Route 5S/Oriskany Street east and westbound from Broad Street to Cornelia Street will take place with no time restrictions on lane closures. There will be daily lane closure on Genesee north and southbound between Bleecker and just north of Route 5S westbound. There will be daily lane closures on Broad Street east and westbound between Lower Genesee and First
Streets. There will be daily lane closures on John Street north and southbound between Bleecker and Route 5S eastbound. Genesee Street to Catherine Street and Root Street will remain open till roundabout is opened. Contractor will be installing new lighting and traffic signal foundations, ped poles throughout project. Minor traffic impacts anticipated.

City of Utica: (D#264047) North Genesee Street between Wurz Ave and Whitesboro/Broad Streets. There will be a right lane closure on Broad/Whitesboro Streets between John Street and Hotel Street as well as the north bound ramp to Genesee Street from Broad Street to just north of Babe’s driveway. The center median remains permanently closed from south of Lee Street to Wurz Ave.

City of Utica: (D#264001) Route 12 between Route 5A and Putnam Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to paving operations between Route 5S and Mulaney Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions between Route 5S and Route 8 due to sign installation.

Town of New Hartford, Town of Paris: (D#264127) Route 8 between Kellogg Road and Pinnacle Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to approach reconstruction, paving shoulder & repair work with a speed limit reduction of 45MPH. Motorists will encounter shoulder closures on Kellogg Road under the Route 8 bridge due to bridge pier work as well as shoulder closures on Elm Street under Route 8 due to structural lifting operations.

Hamlet of Barneveld: Mappa Ave between Route 12 and Fish Hatchery Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to paving operations.

Town of Boonville: (D#264171) Route 12 bridge over Mill Creek. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to the mobilization of equipment, concrete pours and material deliveries.

Village of Boonville: (D#263893) Route 294 between the Lewis County Line and the Boonville Fairgrounds. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to sign installation.

Town of Trenton: (D#264259) Route 365 between Prospect Road and the Herkimer County Line Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to paving operations, drainage operations and guiderail work.

Town of Marcy: (D#263896) Route 49 between SUNY Parkway and Route 291. Motorists will encounter long term driving lane closures with a speed limit reduction of 45MPH during working hours and 55MPH after work hours due to concrete slab rehabilitation.

MADISON COUNTY

Town of Lenox: (D#264135) Route 5 between Stroud Street and Hubbard Place. Motorists will encounter lane shifts and/or closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to concrete pouring for sidewalks and the installation of pedestrian signal poles.
