ONEIDA COUNTY

Village of New Hartford: (D#264929) Genesee Street between Richardson Ave and Wilbur Rd. Motorists will encounter lane closures/shifts in both directions with flaggers in place due to sidewalk work, signal work, and paving operations. 

Town of New Hartford, Town of Paris: (D#264869) Route 8 between Route 5/8/12 and Morgan Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to construction operations. 

Town of New Hartford: (D#264807) Route 5 between Route 12B and Wilbur Road, Genesee Street between Golf Ave and Route 5. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures for concrete foundation removal. 

Town of New Hartford, City of Utica, Town of Marcy: (D#264823) Routes 5, 8, 12, 49, I-790 and 840. Motorists will encounter short duration lane closures in both directions on various routes due to overhead sign installation.  

City of Utica: (D#264847) Route 5/8/12 between Lomond Place and Burrstone Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with a new Northbound traffic pattern in place. The Lomond Place to Route 5/8/12 northbound will be closed to traffic with a detour to Burrstone Road. The on ramps for Route 5/8/12 going Northbound and Southbound from French Road will be closed with a detour in place. The detour will be French Road to Burrstone Road to Route 5/8/12. This will be for repairs to the bridges over French Road. There is also a speed limit reduction of 45MPH through the work zone. There will be lane closures in both directions on French Road between Chenango Road and the railroad tracks due to work on the underside of the bridge. 

City of Utica: Route I-790 ramp to NYS Thruway. Motorists will encounter a closure of the on ramp to the NYS Thruway from I-790. Motorists will be detoured to travel south bound on Genesee Street to Oriskany Street roundabout back north bound on Genesee Street to the NYS Thruway entrance on Genesee Street. This is for guiderail work and pavement repairs. 

Village of Yorkville: (D#264958) Champlin Ave between Campbell Ave and Whitesboro Street. A full northbound lane closure with a signed detour in place due to construction activities. Traffic will be detoured to Burrstone Road east bound to Route 5/8/12 north to Oriskany Street westbound. All traffic Southbound on Champlin Ave will be maintained. 

Town of Verona, City of Rome: (D#264846) Route 46/49 between Siefert Road and Route 69. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to paving operations, ditching work and guiderail work. 

Village of Remsen: (D#264910) Main Street between Steuben Street and Prospect Street. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to sidewalk work. 

Town of Trenton: (D#264910) Route 28 between Old Poland Road and Toad Hollow Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to headwall removal. 

MADISON COUNTY

Town of Hamilton: (D#264753) River Road between Randallsville Road and Nower Road/ Lebanon Road. Motorists will encounter a full road closure with a signed detour in place due to culvert replacement over Kingsley Brook. The detour for northbound traffic will be Nower Road to Route 12B to Middleport Road to Randallsville Road to River Road. Southbound will be River Road to Randallsville Road to Middleport Road to Route 12B to Nower Road to River Road. 

HERKIMER COUNTY

Town of Manheim/Town of St Johnsville: (D#264591) Route 5 between Snells Bush Road and Old State Road. Motorists will encounter long term shoulder closures in both directions on the bridge over the East Canada Creek. 

Town of Danube: (D#264888) Route 5S between Depot Road and Canal Road. Motorists will encounter a full road closure with a detour in place due to bridge replacement. The detour will be Route 5S to Route 169 to Route 5 (Nelliston) to River Road to Route 5S. 

Town of Russia:  Route 28 between Route 8 and Plumb Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to paving operations on Friday 10/27 and Saturday 10/28.

Town of Russia, Town of Ohio: (D#264956) Route 8 between Military Road and Route 365. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due paving operations. 

Town of German Flatts: (D#264792) Route 51 between Jerusalem Hill Road and Remington Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to bridge repair work.  

MONTGOMERY COUNTY

Town of Florida: (D#264940) Route 5S between Main Street (County Route 27) and Target Drive. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to the relocation of underground electrical services. 

HAMILTON COUNTY

Town of Indian Lake: (D#264867) Route 28/30 between Durant Road and Old Route 28. Motorists will encounter lane and/or shoulder closures with flaggers in place due to wetland construction and the installation of turtle barrier in the area along Lake Durant. 

Town of Arietta: (D#264867) Route 28 at the South Inlet of Raquette Lake. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with the continuous use of temporary signals construction activities. 

Town of Long Lake, Hamlet of Blue Mountain Lake: (D#264867) Route 30 between the Route 28-Route 30 Junction and the Village of Long Lake. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers and temporary signals in place due to emergency road repairs. 

Town of Long Lake: (D#264453) Route 28N over Fishing Brook. Motorists will encounter a new traffic pattern with a speed limit reduction to 45MPH with an advisory speed of 20MPH. All work will be off the roadway. 

REGIONAL

Pavement marking operations will be on various routes in Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Madison, Montgomery, and Oneida Counties. Motorists will encounter slow moving operations and lane shifts during the day and overnight. All work is weather dependent.
