By now, everyone knows that the Little Falls Cheese Festival is coming up on October 5, 2024, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. But did you know there’s an after-the-festival event? Did you know that there’s a New York State Cheese Council?

Dave Warner interviews Teri Chace with ‘Team Cheese’ of the Little Falls Cheese Festival and Jeremiah Timmins and Rachael Banks with the New York State Cheese Council. They discuss the upcoming Little Falls Cheese Festival, the after-the-event party from 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Rock Valley Brewing Company, and then the New York State Cheese Council meeting the next day in Dolgeville at Creative Designs by Tiffany.
