A couple of the scarecrows on Main Street take a break in preparation for Octoberfest on the 21st.

Think Local Little Falls will be hosting Octoberfest again on October 21, 2021.

Elaine Cobb, one of the group’s organizers said, “We have decorated the streets with corn, bows, and scarecrows, as well as the community center. We’re also going to have the windows in the old dance studio on Main Street painted by Miss Perkins.”

She said that they’ll have a lot of Octoberfest food specials and the poker run as well. “We’re not having children’s events this year because we’re still a little worried about COVID.”

The Zombie run is also not going to happen in 2021 for the same reasons.

Cobb says that she hopes people will come out and enjoy drinks and the good food that will be available and check out all the decorations. “We’ll also have a Halloween Home Decorating Contest.”

Details are still being worked out for prizes, but voting will take place on mylittlefalls.com.

She said that for next year, they are thinking about changing things up a bit. “We might even move it to the park with scary spooky stuff that the kids can go through.”

The same day, Coco Bazaar will be holding its open house at 32 West Main Street.
