Celebrating 125 Years of Little Falls Hospital

During the Celebration, shirts will also be on sale downtown at the Canal Info Booth in Ward Square/Eastern Park. ALL SIZES – $15 each. Shirts produced locally by All-Events Engraving.
  • The Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts, 401 South Ann Street in Canal Place will hold their annual regional juried art exhibit all week long – FREE!
  • RV “dry camping” overnight sites available. Free parking at two locations; Boat launch area at the end of Industrial Park road and Vet’s Park parking lot accessed from Loomis Street extension.
  • General Herkimer Home State Historic Site; State Rt. 169 South (near T-way Exit 29 A) Visitor Center is open Wednesday through Saturday 10am-5 pm and Sunday 1-5 pm. Fee charged for Home tours: Fri, Sat, Sun. Free Picnic ground area / Free Parking / Grounds open for free viewing.

Canal Celebration Free Shuttle Bus Service – Saturday 12-5pm & Sunday 12-4pm, with stops at Canal Place, Downtown, Ward Square/Eastern Park, Burke Park/Western Park, and Rotary Park/LF Marina.  Shuttle compliments of the Little Falls City School District.

    • 9th annual splendid craft fair and flea market, with woman-owned vendors, entertainment & food!

    • Heard & the Wonderfish hail from the Mohawl Valley and the core members have 25 years of experience in the music industry, playing together for over 10 years, they feature electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitar, and female vocals to perform a variety of pop, rock, indie, alternative, and jazz tunes!

    • Chris United is originally from Los Angeles County CA and began music at age 2, the now teenage musician provides his guitar and vocal talents across central NY!

  • 7:45am – YMCA/LF Lumber Freedom Run ($20 entry fee)

  • 9:30am – Sherriff Farber’s Kid Fun Run (free entry, $6 for t-shirt)

  • 10am-4pm –BBQ, NASCAR, Live Music & More!
    • Singing DJ Sal Stokes entertains on the deck while volunteers cook up their famous chicken & rib BBQ (serving from 11am until gone)!
