ONEIDA, N.Y. — The Central Valley Academy Thunder Girls Soccer Team went on the road Thursday and came away with a 2-1 victory over the Oneida Express.
Brynlee Metott and Lilly Baron scored for the Thunder, with Baron’s goal being the first of her varsity career. Bailey Noffer and Marlowe Schrader each registered an assist, and goalkeeper Brynna Scalise picked up the win.
Liliya Armitage-Leuthauser scored for the Express, and goalkeeper Sophia Dixion made 20 saves.
CVA is now 2-2, and will now travel to VVS on Saturday to face the Red Devils.
