Sunset Circuits: High-intensity circuit training techniques go all-out through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.  Instructor Cheryl Liddon

Tuesday 6 -7:15 pm

Pump & Shred: Light weights with high repetitions to develop lean athletic muscle, burn calories, shape, tone & strengthen your core.  Instructor:  Mel Zobrist & Cheryl Liddon

Thursday 6 – 7 pm.

TRX:  A form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Pre-registration is required, and class size is limited.  Instructors: Mel Zobrist & Cheryl Liddon, Wednesday, 7 – 8 pm. (November & December)

Friday Morning Video Yoga:  Increase flexibility, cardio endurance, strength, and stamina, and burn calories while building greater strength of mind & body.  Led by Dawn Zitoli

Co-ed Winter Volleyball League: Registration is required for this program.  League play begins on October 2, 2023, and concludes on April 22, 2024.

Youth Center: Grades 2-12 This is designed for children to have a place to go after school and enjoy physical activity. Program sites Little Falls YFC 315-823-1740 and YFC of the Mohawk Valley 

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:00-4:30 p.m.

Learn to Swim Program: TBA.  This three-week program is offered for all ages and skill levels, from infants & toddlers to Red Cross Levels 1 through 5.  Infant & toddler lessons will provide water adaptation skills and socialization opportunities for ages six months and up.  An adult must accompany all children in the water for the infant and toddler.  Instructed by Aquatics Director Lisa Sarto

Tuesday and Thursday

Adult/Senior Swim: Daily recreation/therapeutic swim for seniors. Pool use is restricted to adults only. No Lap Swimming at this time. (As of this press release, the pool is still closed due to renovations.)
