This would have been the 13th year for the Little Falls Pub Crawl, but despite the fact that it is just not logistically possible to responsibly pack crowds of festive “beveraging” folks in our local establishments – this Little Falls holiday tradition carries on!

The good news is you can still contribute this year. And for that you can thank Amy, the bartender from Ed and Buds, who convinced me to still make pins to raise money for the cause and because many people want to add to their collection.

This year’s Pub Crawl pin features a turkey wearing a mask that says ‘COVID Sucks’ (which I’m certain we can all agree on) encouraging friends to stay safe and stay thirsty. They are available for $5.00 at Ed and Buds, Elks, LF Polish Club, and Ironrock Brewery.

Have no fear, we’ll be back next year with a new and improved route with some new stops including Ironrock Brewery. Mike George opted to help out this year and made a fun competition among his staff to see who could sell the most pins, and they have so far sold over 70 and asked for more in anticipation of the weekends leading up to Christmas.

I’m continually humbled by the generosity of the good people in our community. Over the years, this fun little event has raised over $10,000 for the Gram Lorraine Children’s Fund and helps to distribute winter coats in boots for children who need them, and all the money raised is designated to stay right here in Little Falls.

Thank you for your continued support for this wonderful cause and I wish you and yours a Happy Holiday. Stay safe and healthy and for goodness sake – stay thirsty my friends!
