Three-year varsity starter Caileigh Barnett recently signed her national letter of intent to attend Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
A fifth team All-State defender, Caileigh was part of a staunch defense that led the Mounties to Section 3 Class C Championships in all four years she was on varsity.
As Co-Captain the last two years advanced to regional play in 2019 before a pandemic shortened season halted the hopes of a repeat trip to sectionals.
Barnett was named to the Center State Conference First Team All-Star this fall. She will major in graphic design at Marymount as a member of the Saints class of 2025.
Caileigh is the daughter of Chris and Stacey Barnett.
