Little Falls police arrested a Mohawk man on a Herkimer County Court warrant June 22, after being indicted by a grand jury for an alleged robbery that took place last year.
Harry A. Hall, 40, of 428 Johnnycake Road, was charged with first-degree robbery, police said.
Pollice said Hall allegedly robbed a taxi cab driver of money and his cellphone while using a weapon on Furnace Street in September.
Hall was taken into custody June 22 by state police in Kinderhook in Columbia County.
Also assisting was the Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
Hall was transported to Herkimer County by the Herkimer County Sheriff’s Department, where he was held for further court action.
Little Falls police were assisted by the Herkimer County District Attorney’s Office in the investigation, state police Troop C and D and the Herkimer County Sheriff’s Office.
Little Falls police arrested a Little Falls man on serval charges June 26.
Crain M. Cooney, 39, of 83 W. Monroe St., was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, according to police. Police also said Cooney was charged with second-degree criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, as well as numerous vehicle and traffic violations.
Cooney was arraigned and sent to the Herkimer County jail without bond.
Herkimer police arrested a Little Falls man during a traffic stop June 30.
Clifford Dibble, 45, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after officers observed him allegedly operating his vehicle erratically and failing to signal a turn. The felony charge is due to Dibble having a previous DWI conviction, police said.
Dibble was ticked and released to a third party, police said.
