Oct 13: Turkey with gravy, stuffing, squash, glazed lemon cake.
Oct 14: Chicken florentine, noodles, red cabbage, banana.
Oct 17: Pork chop, au gratin potatoes, green beans, pineapple.
Oct 18: Tuna noodle casserole, beets, peas, pudding.
Oct 19: Oktoberfest! Kielbasa with sauerkraut, German potato salad, green beans, black forest cake.
All meals are served with 8 ounces of milk, a slice of bread, and margarine.
Desserts have no concentrated sweets.
