Colors and kids in Eastern Park on Saturday

By Dave Warner

Eastern Park was filled with colors and kids on Saturday as the 6th Annual Color Run and Walk, sponsored by the Benton Hall Academy PTC, raised money for school supplies and student field trips.

Some of the money also helps fund some of the free events that the PTC puts on throughout the year.

Principal Joe Long stated, “The weather is always great, and we have lots of kids and parents, and it’s a lot of fun. It’s a great way to unwind. We have a great time…we really do.”
