The Little Falls Common Council held its regularly scheduled session on Tuesday night with only one resolution on the agenda.
There was one comment from the floor before the Council approved the minutes, bills, and monthly reports from July of 2023. Mike Bulger took to the podium to remind the group that Cruise In by Mike would have their fireworks display on August 31st at Rotary Park at the conclusion of the car show.
Resolution No 37 concerned the replacement of Mark Rose in handling the litigation of Real Property Tax Law Article 7 Tax Certiorari Petitions for the City. Since Rose has been elected as a Supreme Court Judge in Herkimer County, he can no longer handle these types of cases.
Sarah Brinski, Esq. of Rose & Brinski, LLC, was proposed to take his place at the rate of $175/hour for out-of-court time and $185/hour for in-court time.
The resolution passed unanimously.
There being no additional comments or concerns, the meeting was adjourned.

What’s going on with the DRI Projects? How about the Lock 17 Pedestrian Bridge Project? Is there a reason why the mayor never updates his facebook page anymore about any of these projects since announcing he wasn’t running for re-election out of fear of losing?
