The DiamondDawgs announced the signing of Junior outfielder Dylan Klock who attends Division 2 powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas. Dylan is from Saint Johnsville and will be the first player to graduate from OESJ to play for the DiamondDawgs.

2017 Herkimer College :
⁃ Appeared in 29 games, starting at second base for the Generals.
⁃ had 23 hits, 7 doubles and 1 triple.
⁃ Scored 21 runs, with 13 RBI’s and 11 stolen bases.
⁃ Hit .348 with a .469 on-base percentage and a slugging. percentage of .488.
⁃ First Collegiate hit at Lake Mrytle Park in Auburndale, FL.

⁃ Appeared in 25 games in the outfield for the Herk
⁃ Scored 21 runs, with 5 doubles, 1 triple and five home runs.
⁃ Had 16 RBI’s, with a .373 batting average and 5 stolen bases.
⁃ Registered a .486 on-base percentage and a .746 slugging percentage.
⁃ Hit first collegiate Grand Slam at Vet’s Park against JCC.
⁃ Mountain Valley League Champ.

⁃ Appeared in NJCAA DIII World Series as #1 seed.
